Hero Dubai Desert Classic 2023
DPWT continues it's Rolex series at Dubai's classic Venue Majlis Course (Emirates GC) and is featuring a mixed field of top class talent and legends such as Miguel Angel Jimenez.
It's a course which rewards experience and plays with a lot of variance because of it's dangers and eagle spots. Water in play in 8 holes and eagle opportunities in at least seven.
Weather forecast kept the betting card open since "last minute" and now it's locked based on the really interesting weather - raining in Dubai? And then it gets windy in the Friday afternoon. Picks were based on this information and experience was heavily weighted in.

Since the analysis did not show any clear trends we dug deep in to the weather data and founded similar spots without the rain. This will affect course and the Friday's potential wind will make the course play really difficult.

Huge emphasis on the Strategic Bets part which is based on top30 odds market and late Thursday - early Friday tee times. This should be by far the most advantageous time to play the first two rounds.
